Zeph joined Cardinal in 2015, working with the Finance team. He provides support with daily, quarter-end and year-end accounting and finance, and is responsible for payroll, benefits and quarterly billing processing.

Before joining Cardinal, Zeph gained several years of experience in accounting roles in both Canada and China. Zeph earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Northeast Normal University (China). He currently holds the Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) Designation and has successfully completed all modules for the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
